Autism
Something from the past may still be affecting your body, boundaries, relationships, or sense of safety.
I'm a licensed therapist in Lansing, Michigan who works with teens and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, burnout, and relationship patterns. As a neurodivergent therapist, she brings lived understanding to her work and creates a space where clients can unmask, move at their own pace, and feel understood without having to over-explain. My approach blends EMDR, DBT-informed skills, CBT, parts-based work, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients process the past, regulate emotions, and build steadier daily lives.
When therapy might help
If you have spent a long time masking, pushing through, or trying to make sense of your reactions alone, therapy can give that experience a place to land.

The consultation is a chance to ask questions, share what you are hoping for, and get clear on scheduling, fees, and whether working together makes sense.
